The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on pk77: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of pk77 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from pk77 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform during the period of their self-exclusion; (d) persons acting on behalf of another individual.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. pk77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access pk77 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. pk77 accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised devices.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. pk77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically clear within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. pk77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 pk77's Discretion. pk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. pk77's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. pk77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. pk77 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the Platform, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13.4 PAGCOR Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint resolution process.
